因為晚餐會食一啲唔會飽肚嘅嘢,所以預先煲定一煲糖水,夜晚做宵夜。
煲腐竹糖水,依次用高壓煲去煲,勁快,上氣之後煲多五分鐘熄火,唔揭蓋焗多五分鐘,最後開住蓋大火再滾多五分鐘,三個五分鐘,一共十五分鐘,咁就煮好一煲又濃又香嘅腐竹白果意米糖水啦。

以前我唔識,都係用大粒嘅意米,煮好後又鞋又帶苦味,一啲都唔好食。
後嚟強哥先話俾我聽,我用錯意米,應該用下圖左邊果種細粒啲嘅洋意米,咁強哥見到,佢就買佐包返嚟,咁我下次就識得啦,煲糖水,就用洋意米,煲湯先用右邊果款大粒意米~~
原來細細個嘅強哥成日會幫奶奶去買意米煲依款糖水,所以佢當然就認得啦~~
真係要用洋意米先得㗎,煲好的糖水,又滑又綿,正~~

一定要水滾後先落蛋,輕輕撥一撥水等蛋唔會沉落底~~
