小菲菲俠自煮樂
凈有少少免治豬肉,用來整個永無失手之「咸蛋蒸肉餅」
肉汁撈飯係強哥至愛~~~
加佐蔥粒,味道頓時生色不少㗎~~
前一晚打邊爐凈有少少新鮮香菇,加埋兩棵生菜,炒埋一碟~~
又清又甜,好好味~~~
開埋一罐忌廉雞蓉蘑菇湯,簡單地罐頭湯加水煮滾即成~~~
愛嚟撈飯係我至愛~~~
以前啲湯一煮就識得自己散開融解,不過唔知點解,依次個湯好似融唔得夠均勻咁,好多湯總係一粒粒咁嘅?
不過愛嚟撈飯,啲飯香噴噴滑溜溜,好好味~~
簡單快手好溫暖的一個晚餐~~~

以前啲罐頭湯,攪兩攪就掂架喇, 而家啲罐頭湯 (試過磨菇雞粒,粟米雞粒,英倫等等都係),真係要整好耐先無哂啲粒粒,明明想慳時間先喫罐頭湯,而家仲浪費時間[版主回覆02/17/2011 10:47:00]係囉,唔知點解咧,以前好方便,一罐頭湯一罐頭水,擺入微波爐叮熱就食得,總好滑添,依家咁,唔知係咪換佐材料~~
我都好鍾意忌廉湯撈飯, 好好味~~~ 而家我整忌廉湯未落水之前會用匙壓開啲忌廉先, 壓到唔係一舊舊, 先再加水搞, 我覺得冇咁多粒粒~~[版主回覆02/17/2011 10:48:00]以前都唔洗點壓,一煮就識得散開,依家可能變佐配方,咁以後就要麻煩啲,俾少少水先開佐佢再煮先散得開。。。。
